Handling various tasks related to job orders, customer inquiries, and order processing through different communication channels such as email, messages, and phone calls.
Promptly responding to customer inquiries and efficiently managing customer orders.
Addressing customer complaints and providing support within the Operations Department.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this position, it is preferable to have some experience in the Marine industry.
The ideal candidate should be responsible and dedicated to being a team player.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role.
Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office, is required.
Candidates must have at least completed Primary/Secondary School/\xe2\x80\x9dO\xe2\x80\x9d Level in Maritime Studies or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is necessary.
The candidate should be willing to work on a rotating shift basis, with 1 Day ON and 1 Day OFF.
