Logistics Operations Executive ($3500 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure timely receipt and release of shipment
- Coordinating with warehouse on stock / estimated shipment arrival date for warehouse planning
- Arranging freight forwarders for inward clearance
- Coordinate all necessary transportation, such as truck, vessel, airplane to various forwarders
- Coordinating trucking and loading of cargo to ports with Warehouse, trucker and freight forwarder
- Providing shipping cost and shipping details to sales department
- Checking shipping requirements and ensuring compliance with them
- Ensuring proper tracing and tracking of shipments
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/ Warehouse / Freight Forwarding is a plus.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
