Logistics Operations Specialist ($4500 $6500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$6500+ AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Responsible for the entire logistics functions of the company including warehousing, delivery, incoming shipments, outgoing shipments, etc.
- Supervise the activities of the Warehouse Assistant and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure that all logistics functions are carried out as per the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Ensure traceability of the goods by Lot number/Serial number
- Coordinate with Admin staff for a smooth running of the Logistics operations
- Perform stock take twice a year with internal staff and external auditor
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management and/or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
