Jobscope:

Execute and manage MRP runs to generate purchase and production orders. Maintain accurate ERP master data, including lead times, lot sizes, safety stock levels, and bills of materials (BOMs). Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials. Monitor and resolve material shortages or inventory imbalances. Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for planning, scheduling, and data analysis. Support the configuration, testing, and optimization of planning modules within ERP systems. Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance ERP functionality and maintain data integrity. Liaise with Customer Service, Procurement, Production, and Engineering teams to synchronize demand and supply plans. Evaluate demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory data to determine material requirements. Review inventory turnover rates and provide recommendations to optimize planning strategies. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency. Actively participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align supply chain planning with organizational objectives. Communicate schedule changes and material-related issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Track inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, avoiding both shortages and excess. Prepare daily reports on finished goods movement and inventory status. Conduct root cause analyses for any disruptions in planning or supply flow.

Requirements:

Min Diploma study in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Min 2yrs exp in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) Proficient in MRP/ERP systems (e.g. Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
