Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:- Export

• Coordinate with shipping company
• Coordinate with Export CS
• Print customer shipping marks according to customer request
• Prepare pick list & tally sheet for container stuffing
• Check product against tally sheet for batch no. before stuffing into container
• Email tally sheet to Export CS for outbound declaration
• Receive sample from supplier and inform CS arrival of sample
• Update all info into the share drive
• Provide monthly KPI Report

STO & Stock Transfer

• Create pick list to our 3rd party logistics provider for collection or deliver product to and fro their warehouse
• Check the monthly invoice of our 3rd party logistics provider to make sure it tally with our pick list
• Create PR to purchasing packing material
• Check to make sure incoming and outgoing product tally with our pick list
• Provide 3rd party month end inventory report
• Receive sample from supplier and inform CS arrival of sample

Import & Inventory & Local Milk-run

• Create pick list & outbound checklist for assigned customers’ product
• Create & reconcile month end cycle count sheet
• Coordinate with 3rd party warehouse for collection & deliver of product to & fro in container or own collection
• Do GR when goods are collected back from Terminal (e.g. LUBES)
• Do GR for incoming shipment
• Log all incoming shipment into Job7
• Provide monthly KPI report
• Do picking and PGI goods into SAP system
• Prepare break-pack form

• Backup the team while team member is away from office

• Others ad-hoc duties assigned by Logistics Manager
  

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 'O' Levels and above
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Logistics & Warehousing industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Possess Can-do attitude & a team player
