Logistics Program Specialist (Mat cover)
- 8 months contract
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Work location: CBD area
Will be part of Infrastructure Business Operations Support and team provides logistics support for infrastructure equipment in Asia-Pacific.
- Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on network infrastructure projects
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
- Review and update forward and reverse logistics process flows and documentation.
- Engage with team members to build and report KPIs/metrics on a monthly basis.
- Support vendor onboarding, invoice validation and unblock any account payables.
- Coordinate with sourcing and procurement on new purchase orders, validate the accuracy against bill-of-materials/requirements.
- Support new vendor transition and implementation in existing operations.
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher
- 4-6 years of experience in supply chain and logistics operations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good proficiency in MS Excel
- Project or program management experience
- Data analytics experience, hands-on knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of budgeting & forecasting
