Reporting to the Program Manager, your focus will be solely responsible for the Planning, Execution and Monitoring & Control of the project with specific emphasis on managing the customer, contract management, project finances and reporting out to the business.Key Responsibilities:Management\xc2\xb7 Overall responsibility for completing assigned projects or work packages.\xc2\xb7 Ensures on time delivery of projects, within scope and with zero or positive deviation.\xc2\xb7 Implement all applicable aspects of the HBS Project Management Methodology during the execution of projects using Project Vision.\xc2\xb7 Maintain a comprehensive Risk & Opportunity Schedule throughout the project life cycle.\xc2\xb7 Maintain an effective project documentation process to support extension of time claims, change order management and progress claims\xc2\xb7 Undertake site management of installation & commissioning activities involving direct resources, subcontractors and 3rd parties including the customer.Health, Safety and Statutory Compliance\xc2\xb7 Ensure applicable local and industry codes and standards are upheld.\xc2\xb7 Ensures that Honeywell SOPs are adhered to.\xc2\xb7 Drive for a safe and healthy work environment through effective communication, training, and monitoring.Cost & Finance\xc2\xb7 Maintain a work breakdown structure (WBS) throughout the project life cycle.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the Estimate to Complete (ETC) includes all outstanding contracted works and that the Estimate at Completion (EAC) is reviewed each month.\xc2\xb7 Work with Integrated Supply Chain to ensure all Post Award Savings are reflected in the Gross Margin.\xc2\xb7 Provide accurate forecasts for revenue and GM to the business.\xc2\xb7 Maintain unbilled receivables monthly for total jobs managed and be responsible for meeting or exceeding working capital plan (for your assigned Projects).Schedule\xc2\xb7 Maintain a Program of Works throughout the project life cycle\xc2\xb7 Effectively manages assigned resources to maintain productivity and achieve practical completion on the project.\xc2\xb7 Work with Integrated Supply Chain to ensure materials are available at site as required to maintain the program.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the activities of sub-contractors to ensure they have sufficient resources to maintain the program of works.Technical\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the technical requirements of the project with the Engineering Leader to ensure the final solution meets the requirements of the specification.\xc2\xb7 Drive lower cost to serve through value Engineer and use of GES.MUST HAVE:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business, Education, Management, Electrical Engineering, Supervision, Mechanical Engineering, Business/Administration, or a similar field.\xc2\xb7 5-6 years\' experience in team management.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Intelligent Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm System, Security Access System, Forge Analytics Engine and Networking and Server Operating Systems\xc2\xb7 Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with the local and international teams within the company.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Project operations and financial processes.WE VALUE:
