Roles & Responsibilities Position Title: Logistics Scheduler Description: This position is responsible for scheduling our jobs for several locations, planning daily truck routes, and dispatching for our drivers.
Working Hours: Must be willing to receive calls after official working hours and be flexible to changing work schedule.

Responsibilities/ Duties:

• Quickly answers calls and emails, schedules and confirms jobs, and inputs customer data into company systems
• Manage daily operations of the route and distribution activities of our fleet to ensure that customers, assets and service requirements are employed efficiently
• On standby to assistance drivers and to help problem solve.
• Communicates delivery schedule to drivers daily.
• Monitor jobs completion to ensure compliance and completion.
• Tracking, data entry, and filing of records and paperwork.
• Oversees truck maintenance and repair schedule.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.

• 1- 3 years working experience in a similar role or capacity.
