Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity. Analyzes causes of service implementation policy faults or degradation and recommends improvement plans. Implements service implementation policy plan improvements as directed for Data Center business unit(s). Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware devices. Maintain up-to-date and accurate information within various inventory management systems. - Ensure detailed physical inventory tracking and staging. Help reconcile and report inventory discrepancies. Perform destruction of data-bearing devices following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Microsoft policies. Comply with security and data management policies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma, or equivalent. Basic knowledge of Asset/Inventory/Logistics/Supply Chain. Currently studying towards a qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. You need to be a Singaporean National or residency with eligibility to work in Singapore. Minimum of 18 years of age

Background Check Requirements:


Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: + This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.


Preferred Qualifications:

Applicable certifications (Logistics or Supply Chain or Asset Management). Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance. Able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. - Proficient in written and oral English communication to support regional and global teams. Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills.
Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and/or holidays.
