Logistics/shipping Executive (freight Forwarding) ($2000 $3000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3K+ AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Assisting and coordinating with external parties via email or phone
- Preparing of shipping documents and issuing of invoices to external parties
- Access PSA terminal system (Portnet) to check Vessel schedule
- Sending daily reminder to submit Shipping Instruction to the external parties via email
- Issuing of invoices and sending payment reminder for any outstanding payment
- Submission of MRS to Local Customs via website
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Other adhoc duties assigned by the Management
- Minimum GCE \'O\' level or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding/ Transportation Industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
