Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management or other related courses;
  • 1 year related experience;
  • Proficient with MS Office applications;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Knowledgeable in business writing and filing small claim cases;
  • Strong understanding of sales and collection processes;
  • Good administrative skills;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under fast approaching
deadlines while keeping a professional attitude;
  • Ability to handle confidential information;
  • Willing to work in Greenhills (RTO);
  • Willing to work in a compressed schedule (8am - 6pm), Mon - Fri
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Daily Sales Order Processing
  • Daily Collection Follow ups & coordination with Warehouse & Logistics
  • Filing of Manual Sales Order with SO & SI/DR
  • Daily Sales Report
  • Daily Deliveries & Collection Report
  • Documentation of delinquency account for Legal case filing
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php21,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
