Assist the Manager with tasks related to Workplace Safety & Health, Fire Safety, Security, Parking and Traffic Management.
Work with all staff, occupants, contractors, and members of public in relation to safety processes, procedures and safety systems to deliver good Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Security, Parking and Traffic Management
Also assist to do documentations including records & reports to fulfill IFM contractual requirements and statutory Regulations & Laws.
Campus Health & Safety and Fire Safety
Assist to provide advice and support on Health & Safety matters to the FM Team
Assist to ensure campus site compliance with all Regulatory requirements.
Assist to provide relevant generic and specialist risk assessments and assist the FM Team in the process of Risk Controls.
Assist to conduct incident investigations and propose corrective and preventive actions to be implemented.
Check & replenish First Aid Boxes, Stock Health & Safety consumables.
Integrated Facilities Management Contract
Investigate, Collect, Consolidate, Evaluate and Report data, information, activities, performances, and incidents to Client per Scheduled Submissions.
Assist to apply & submit timely renewals of MOM, SCDF regulated Permits and Licenses.
Assist to establish & updates Procedures and Processes relating to good Life and Fire Safety.
Assist to evaluate & check Risk Assessments, Risks Controls, Safe Work Methods, COVID-19 Safe Management Measures, Fall from Height Prevention Plan.
Assist to conduct Induction & Refresher Health & Safety trainings
Security Management
Assist to manage a comprehensive security service to enhance the safety & security of the CW Facilities, occupants, and visitors.
Supervise the Integrated Intruder Alarm and Security Control – stationed & patrolling security officers, surveillance cameras, perimeter walls & fences, gates & doors, and card access system.
Conduct controls, investigations, reporting and recording of Security Incidents.
Parking & Traffic Management
Assist to manage, implement, and deliver a safe, effective, and efficient vehicle traffic and parking.
Assist to manage maintenance of all parking spaces, road markings, and direction signs as required by FM Contract.
Assist to manage administration of ticketing, wheel clamping and penalty for unauthorized users; according to the parking regulations and enforcement policy contained within FM Contract.
Assist to manage the recording and reporting of vehicle parking revenues, penalties, users count, traffic incidents, etc. as part of the Monthly Performance Report required by FM Contract.
Others
Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health [ WSH ] standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture
Perform any related duties as required and directed by Immediate Supervisor and/or Higher Management in C&W.
Requirements:
Relevant Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or Facilities/ Engineering Discipline / Certifications
0 to 2 years experience
Preferably Certified Fire Safety Manager by SCDF
Preferably Certified Work at Height Supervisor
