Job Description
Duties/Description
- Meet and greet passengers
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness in public areas, shower rooms, washrooms, back of the house areas, buffet counters and so on in the Lounge
- Carry out cleaning duties and support daily operations in the lounge
- Ensure the hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of the Lounge to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards
- Report any defaults/loss/security issues immediately to supervisor
- To cover other job positions to fit the operation situation
- Possible deployment to any other outlets when needed
- Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management
- Ability to converse and write in basic English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable to change and a good team player
- Training will be provided, no experience needed
