Own end-to-end delivery on Salesforce with a focus on Marketing Cloud (Growth), Data Cloud, and Shield. Work in cross-functional agile squads to translate business needs into user stories, configure platform capabilities, build integrations, enforce secure architecture, and deliver tested increments with clear documentation and training.
Years of experience
5-8 years overall Salesforce experience (minimum 3-5+ hands-on), with proven implementations in one or more of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Shield, and integrations.
Must-have skills
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (journeys, automation) and Data Cloud (ingestion, segmentation, identity resolution).
Secure configuration & administration (Shield, user/access controls, monitoring).
Apex/LWC/Visualforce and API-based integrations; strong grasp of SF architecture.
Agile product delivery with in-sprint testing and quality gates.
