Roles & Responsibilities Summary: Work as a regional team member, and be responsible for maintaining system integrity and smoothness of operations on the Loyalty and Reward program implementation and maintenance works between different teams RHQ, HQ, Subsidiaries, and agencies.
Responsibilities:

  • Serve as 1st level technical services line for subsidiaries and agencies such as issues troubleshooting & resolving, queries clarification, technical advising, introducing the best practice of guideline & policy, and conducting training as necessary
  • Maintain system integrity, and assure the data integration flows by checking backend system interfaces
  • Check and affirm the records, transactions, and point calculation status in the database, and analyze log data if necessary
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to secure support for key initiatives, maintain alignment, and follow-up issues
  • Work with Corporate HQ technical team in system enhancement or expansion works
  • Check system performance, involve in UAT testing, develop guide documents if necessary, etc.
  • Attend meetings with subsidiaries, agencies, RHQ, and HQ teams as necessary
  • Propose, collect, and initiative system improvement ideas
  • Generate, prepare, and present monthly, and yearly data/campaign reports to the respective person

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant field of studies
  • Fluency in both oral and written English
  • At least 3 years of experience in loyalty and reward program supporting or implementation
  • Savvy in working effectively with various stakeholders across varying nationalities, cultures, and seniority
  • A collaborative team player mindset
  • Warm personality with great energy and initiatives
  • Good analytical and presentation skill is required
  • Experience in using SAP GUI and understanding the SAP ABAP will add a huge advantage
  • Knowledge/experience of SAP Marketing Loyalty module will get additional points
  • Corporate culture experience will be plus
