Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. As a member of the Legal Policy Operations (LPO) team within Trust & Safety, you will be an integral part of driving our Livestream function and priorities in line with LIVE safety business needs. Within and across each LPO vertical, we work together to develop efficient relationships and workflows that deepen our ability to meet our obligations and mitigate legal risk. This role will support overarching LIVE Risk & Response Global projects, driving initiatives and having the ability to support and review LPO Livestream escalations, including high risk emergencies and child safety escalations. Responsibilities What will I be doing?

• Serve as a subject matter expert on LPO Livestream functions, handling internal inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of internal communications.
• Organise business review sessions; coordinate and drive strategic projects addressing LIVE priorities/challenges, providing updates, proposals, and planning to key business leaders.
• Maintain essential documentation for delegated projects for multiple stakeholders, including leadership, and keep alignment with LPO functions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally in the creation of LPO Livestream presentations and important metrics reports.
• Demonstrate operational excellence and decision-making on a team that evaluates risk, threats, and user privacy in the world centered around time-critical emergency escalations.
• Review and assess inbound Livestream emergency escalations from Law Enforcement and the internal TikTok team to develop consistent enforcement action plans.
• Be aware of and willing to operate in a work environment with sensitive content that includes child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury and suicide, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.

Qualifications What should I bring with me?

• 2+ years of full-time working experience in a related field: tech industry, risk management companies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
• Excellent decision-making and ability to analyze information to assess threats and risk
• Proven ability to make important decisions independently and multi-task under pressure to manage numerous tasks and projects, responding quickly to changing situations in complex environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for understanding project requirements and should be able to adapt communication style to suit different stakeholders
