LSS Customer Experience Manager(Process Excellence/Improvement Profile)Salary - Open for NegotiationsTemporary Hybrid work (WFH), onsite once business/team requiresSite Address - TP Vertis or Bacolod Site:

• Responsible for recognizing areas for improvement within Programs/LOBs
• Identify and implement necessary changes to enable the business to perform to its optimum ability
• Review new and existing processes, resources, and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the process technology where necessary
• Act as a point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties
• Drive, lead, and manage major and complex change at pace to increase efficiency and improve outcomes for TP, ensuring involvement and engagement with key stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team of the Program and stakeholders to deliver the objectives of TP's vision of High Tech High Touch.
• Implement technology solutions to provide better business intelligence to programs to enable them to improve operational performance
• Implement technology solutions to help reduce redundant work, reduce repeat contacts, improve self-service, and improve the efficiency of programs
• Conduct analytics on contact evaluations and highlight trends

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with program management, process excellence, or quality management
• Lean Six Sigma Certification or Training
• BPO/CallCenter or relevant work industry experience

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php60,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per monthBenefits:
