Job Description
What the role is:DIRECTORWhat you will be working on:You will develop and manage technology policies to ensure effective project deployment and investments as well as lead innovation initiatives for LTA and the land transport sector. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to teams ensuring the delivery of robust and innovative applications/projects. You shall lead and manage initiatives to strategize, plan and deliver solutions and tools for the organisation.What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualification or Master qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in project management and change management experience that ensures projects are delivered on time, budget and schedule are desirable.
- Experience in leading cloud-based application development and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with IM8 compliance and its implications on application architecture and development.
- Financial budget management, IT procurement and IT contractor management experience.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
