What the role is:Deputy Manager, Finance Digital ServicesWhat you will be working on:You will be part of the Strategic Financial Management Sub-Group committed to provide forward-looking digital services to internal and external stakeholders. As part of our continuous efforts to enhance our operational capabilities, we are seeking a talented individual to join our dedicated team responsible for maintaining and optimizing our SAP Finance ERP system.In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the seamless integration and efficient functioning of our SAP ERP system. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and leading projects to implement enhancements and upgrades and ensuring timely delivery of the projects. You will also be responsible to provide first level support to the users and ensure prompt resolution to the issues. Successful candidate with good performance would be considered for a longer contract.Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements and identify suitable system or non-system solutions, considering the specific needs of various Finance departments
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement SAP solutions that align with business objectives and adhere to best practices.
• Develop project plans and timelines and review the costs for SAP ERP system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Lead and manage end-to-end enhancement and upgrade lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to provide documentations, training and support for SAP system usage and functionalities.
• Provide first level support to the users and ensure prompt resolution to the issues.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure the system remains at the forefront of efficiency and innovation.

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary Qualification in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis or project management in SAP ERP system implementation and maintenance projects.
• Good working knowledge of various finance functions such as Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivables and/or Financial Reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Good project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in other digital tools such as Python, Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools will have an advantage.
