What the role is:
[LTA-FIN] FINANCE (1 FINANCIAL PLANNING) TRAINEE [GRIT@Gov]
What you will be working on:
We're looking for a driven and curious graduate intern to join us - a strategic team that shapes financial governance and ensures sustainable resource allocation to support Singapore's land transport operations.
As part of our digital transformation journey, you'll help spearhead AI initiatives to streamline finance processes and reduce manual workload. Working closely with Finance Business Partners, you'll identify pain points and explore smart automation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and improve existing finance chatbots, working with stakeholders to assess inaccuracies and recommend solutions, including evaluating compliance risks and content clarity improvements.
- Support the potential development of additional chatbots.
- Design and prototype AI solutions to handle routine user queries, conduct end-to-end process mapping, research AI tools, gather user needs, test prototypes, and present findings to stakeholders.

- Knowledge of finance or accounting is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and communicate with diverse people. Required for Period Jan to May.
