What the role is:
[LTA-FIN] FINANCE (2 FINANCIAL PLANNING) TRAINEE [GRIT@Gov]
What you will be working on:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end mapping of finance workflows to identify automation opportunities and assist with digitalisation of processes using AI tools.
- Participate in design, testing, and deployment of finance AI projects including Smart Funding Paper Assistant and VFM Submission Buddy.
- Support development of user-friendly digital workflows and interactive dashboards that comply with governance frameworks and provide monitoring capabilities for decision-makers.
- Partner with AI teams to communicate finance requirements, fine-tune AI bot designs, and troubleshoot development issues.
- Engage stakeholders during user acceptance testing, gather feedback, and liaise with experts on improvements.

- Present development progress and solutions to management, and provide pre and post-deployment user support to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
What we are looking for:
- Finance Technology (FinTech) or Business Administration with knowledge on AI, RPA etc.
- Digital fluency.
- Effective verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
- Good project and timeline management.
- Collaborative attitude.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to details.
