The trainee will be offered an opportunity to develop expertise in payment processing systems, dispute management, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment. The role demands both technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with internal business users, external Payment Service Providers and Card Managers.
Key responsibilities:
Financial Reconciliation and System Management
Review and revamp of cost of sales/inventory accounting/monitoring for Electronic Road Pricing equipment and Vehicle Entry Permit collections/refunds controls processes.
Systematically track and verify collections received from various Payment Service Providers and Card Managers.
Maintain accurate financial records and investigate any discrepancies that require resolution.
Ensure compliance with established financial procedures and controls.
Refund Processing and Approval Management
Manage the complete refund process from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to secure necessary approvals for refund requests.
Ensure all approved refunds are processed promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and comply with service standards.
Maintain detailed records of all refund transactions and approvals.
Dispute Case Management and Resolution
Oversee management and monitoring of customer dispute cases.
Maintain detailed records of case progress and provide regular status updates.
Track resolution timelines to ensure disputes are concluded within Payment Service Provider service level agreements.
Escalate cases when necessary to prevent service level breaches.
