DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (LEARNING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT)
[What will you be working on]
As part of the Learning and Career Development team, you will play an important role in supporting the learning and career development initiatives of staff in LTA to build a future-ready organisation. You will work closely with staff and management of business units to identify organisational learning needs, and develop a pipeline of required capabilities to meet these needs. You will help to chart possible career paths and instil a culture of lifelong learning among staff. Where required, you will procure and manage training products or solutions. You will also be required to innovate ways to improve the effectiveness and reporting of career initiatives and learning programmes.
