What the role is:MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (LEARNING PROGRAMMES DEVELOPMENT)What you will be working on:We are seeking an individual with strong leadership, analytical and communications skills to oversee the Learning Programmes Development team in our Learning and Career Development Division. You will lead the team in the development of training initiatives to strengthen LTA\'s functional capabilities and work effectiveness.You will play a key role in overseeing LTA\'s learning and development policies, initiatives and operations, ensuring effective management of LTA\'s training budget and programmes for both functional and soft skills training, as well as the travel policy for overseas learning and work trips. Adopting a data-driven approach, you will need to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions to address them. Collaborating closely with business units and key stakeholders, you will lead the team to drive learning and development strategies to build internal capabilities and support LTA\'s goals, vision and mission. This includes overseeing the delivery of mandatory e-learning modules, as well as conducting of internal and external audit exercises to ensure the quality and relevance of learning programmes.You will also be expected to carry out process reviews to streamline work and increase effectiveness of learning operations. This includes identifying and implementing system enhancements to improve user experience and enhance operational efficiency.What we are looking for:
