Job Description
What the role is:Senior / Executive ArchitectWhat you will be working on:You will be involved in projects to promote quality architectural design and a sustainable transport environment. You will develop schematic design proposals and carry out coordination management of enhancement works for existing MRT stations and related infrastructure, from conceptualization to construction. Specifically, you will be involved in the preparation of tender specifications / execute feasibility studies / design & development / documentation / liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors / site management of the architectural aspects. You will also be responsible for writing funding papers, preparing and delivering presentations. You will also be reviewing developers\' building plan submissions and contractors\' shop drawings.What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in architectural design and practice
- Good knowledge of CAD software (incl. AutoCAD, Sketchup, micro station and Revit) and functional drafting capability
- Able to communicate ideas and concepts well via writing and speaking
- Able to work in multi-disciplinary team
- Interest in design and problem solving
- Experience in rail projects will be an advantage
- Able to multi task and with good time management skill
