What the role is:PRINCIPAL /SENIOR / ADMIN EXECUTIVEWhat you will be working on:You will be part of a team which operates a Call Support Operations.Your primary responsibility is to support the operations of the ERP system, this includes migration activities to the ERP2.0 system. Your secondary responsibility is to support the ERP Call Support Team on requests, feedback and updates to FAQs.The ERP Call Support Team provides written feedback and assist the public on ERP related enquiries. You will also maintain and update ISO documents, procedures, manuals, generate scheduled reports as well as response to queries from internal and external stakeholders withing Whole of Government on ERP related issues.You are required to keep up to date on ERP policies and procedures to provide accurate information to public. You are a team player who can contribute to the department KPIs and you may be required to perform any other tasks as assigned to support this team.What we are looking for:
