What the role is:SENIOR ENGINEER, 2 PLANNING COMPLIANCEWhat you will be working on:We are seeking an experienced individual to lead, manage and supervise a team of Engineers to evaluate development proposal plans (including design of new streets) submitted for Roads & Parking clearance and carry out inspections to ensure compliance with LTA\'s prevailing requirements and guidelines.You will be responsible for ensuring that that the street works carried out by private developers and public agencies are of acceptable workmanship quality for LTA to take over for onward maintenance.You will be required to carry out analysis, prepare reports and present findings to senior management. You will also attend to public enquiries and feedback.What we are looking for:Requirements:
\xe2\x88\x99 Tertiary qualification in Civil / Structural Engineering
\xe2\x88\x99 At least 10 years experience in road design or construction
\xe2\x88\x99 Resourceful, analytical, able to thrive in a demanding work environment
\xe2\x88\x99 Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
\xe2\x88\x99 Excellent writing and presentation skills
\xe2\x88\x99 Self-motivated, able to multi-task and keen to learn
