Job Description
What the role is:DEPUTY/ ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUS OPERATIONSWhat you will be working on:You will manage daily bus service operations in the Bus Operations Centre. You will work with bus operators to manage bus-related incidents, including putting in place bus route diversion plans for unplanned road closures. You will be required to collate and conduct simple data analysis, as well as performing other tasks as assigned. You are expected to perform shift work.What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- Resourceful team player with initiative, integrity and ability to work independently.
- Ability to analyse operation needs and put in place procedures or processes to optimise workflow.
- Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work shift.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for higher posts.
