What the role is:
MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER, PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
What you will be working on:
You will manage existing enterprise system or be part of the team to build new enterprise system projects to support the bus operations in the LTA Bus Information Systems Division. This role requires an individual who can navigate the complexities of IT Systems implementations, work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are gathered and implementation timelines are met.
You will be involved in the following:
1. Work with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to plan, design and implement IT project scope within the schedule and the budget, while aligning to business objectives and IT strategy.
2. Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects from initiation, requirements gathering, system testing to closure.
3. Identify required resources for projects and ensure effective utilization of resources across multiple projects.
4. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues as they arise.
5. Identify the test cases and scenarios for User Acceptance Testing to ensure system robustness and correctness.
6. Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors. Facilitate communications to ensure clarity, alignment, and understanding across all involved parties.
