What the role is:
SENIOR/MANAGER/DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (OPERATIONS)
What you will be working on:
You will be part of the team to oversee operational performance and drive operational excellence of the RTS Link Facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the concept of operations of the RTS Link Facility, which directly contributes to the commuting experience at the RTS Link. You will also oversee the performance of the appointed facilities management contractor to achieve the level of service expected.
A key expect of your role is to oversee the management and assessment of feedback and suggestions from agencies and public to manage evolving user expectations and address potential issues. You will be given the opportunity to work with external agencies to develop, verify and validate business continuity plans to ensure the operational readiness of the RTS Link Facility at all times.
What we are looking for:

• Knowledge in operations and planning, operational audits, business continuity or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant experience in planning and implementing large scale operations or facilities management (soft services) will be an advantage
• Organised and efficient, able to handle multiple tasks effectively, even in busy or demanding situations and working independently when needed.
• A strong communicator with excellent writing and verbal skills, capable of engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• A team player and skilled at building positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
• Resourceful and proactive, bringing a problem-solving mindset to tackle challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing tasks and thinking critically to achieve results.
