What the role is:
MANAGER / PRINCIPAL ENGINEER (CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE AND SECURITY)
What you will be working on:
We are looking for a dedicated professional with relevant experience and strong interest in Cloud Infrastructure and Security to join our team. You will play a critical role in safeguarding our nation's e-payment system infrastructure.
What we are looking for:
As a Manager/Principal Engineer in System Architecture and Assurance Division, you will be responsible to implement technologies and solutions to modernise our Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system (which is part of the SimplyGo ticketing system). You will be able to apply your skills in IT networking or/and system administration, and cybersecurity to carry out in-house design and implementation, collaborating with both internal project teams and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include to

• Develop and manage Cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions to protect the AFC system
• Work with various stakeholders to ensure effective system and security integration
• Perform system impact and risk analysis
• Implement cybersecurity strategies and infrastructure solutions
• Strong background in IT or Computer Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in implementing IT networks or/and system administration and cybersecurity which include systems on Cloud
• Likes to analyse and is able to communicate and write clearly

Bonus Skills:

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional) are strongly preferred
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and implementing Infrastructure-as-a-Code (IaC)
• Curious and self-motivated to stay updated with new technologies such as 5G, AI/ML, IoT, or real-time analytics.
