Job Description

What the role is:This is a 9 months temporary contract role in the Academic Affairs Department\'s Exams & Course Admin team.What you will be working on:Administrative and logistics support in the following areas: a) Exam timetable planning and coordinate exam activities of an assigned school b) Appointment and scheduling of invigilators c) Appeals from students (e.g. MC appeals, review of subject grade, reinstatement from removal) d) Process subject exemptions e) Logistics setup and recovery for exam venues and meetings (i.e. Senate and Board of Examiners Meeting) f) Print academic documents including printing of diploma certificates, academic transcripts, special elective results, removal letter, and course completion letter g) Support Prize Table and Diploma Counter at Graduation Ceremony 2025 h) Handle requests for reprinting of academic documents i) Assist in managing exam-related call enquiries and emails, graduate status requests j) Support ECA\'s operational areas when staff are involved in system projectsWhat we are looking for:a) Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred b) Meticulous with a collaborative attitude, good team player c) Independent, self-driven, able to follow-through on projects and produce quality work d) Strong communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, administrative and project management skills e) IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint f) Able to commit to the 9 months contract periodAbout Temasek Polytechnic:Established in 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a leading institution of high learning nestled by the idyllic shores of Bedok Reservoir in Tampines.
