Job Description
The potential personnel will be updating the sales report, responsible for supervising, handling various tasks related to retail operations, branding, and business management.The Opportunity:
- Permanent role
- Work Location: Central
- Attractive compensation, with allowance +VB
- Maintaining boutique filing systems.
- Managing appointments for boutique sales and after-sales team.
- Attend to any incoming calls and emails
- Receiving and checking on inventory deliveries
- Managing branding supplies and assisting in boutique setup for campaigns.
- Provides support in finance-related tasks, such as sending documents to the office and participating in stocktaking.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience preferably in the luxury retail/hospitality industry.
- Proficient in MS Office. Experience in using Infor M3 is a plus.
- Able to work independently.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
