lyf Champion

You plan and direct the general operation and oversee every aspect of the property to achieve optimum service and value to the guests with profit goals consistent with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, philosophy, and targets. You will report to the Area Manager, lyf.

Your job scope covers:

• Being responsible for the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s financial performance (revenue and profit objectives)
• Planning, controlling, and coordinating all functional events at the property
• Team management of all operation departments to ensure they are aware of the property\xe2\x80\x99s targets and brand positioning
• Ensuring the productivity of all different functions to increase efficiency
• Leading the environmental, health, and safety plans on the property
• Working with HR to ensure employee skill upgrades, evaluate employee performance, and design progression plans
• Reviewing customer satisfaction scores to provide optimal service delivery to guests
• Cultivating good business working relationships with guests, owners, and partners
• Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation (i.e., fire, advertising, and employment)
• Working closely with the cluster sales & revenue teams in planning and executing sales & marketing strategies
• Perform other related tasks as assigned
