Roles & Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Project Manager/ Project Director/ Business Unit Head
• Manage all M&E works and issues at site in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
• Conduct periodic inspections for all M&E systems
• Ensure all M&E and related works carried out by sub-contractor are planned and executed to the requirements of the project
• Manage the procurement of equipment and labour according to the allocated budget.
• Deployment and storage of M&E materials and equipment delivered by sub-contractors.
• Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation/ T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project team
• Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on M&E works progress, coordination and decisions
• Drive the implementation of innovative M&E initiatives and practices on site to improve productivity and achieve lean outcome

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management and/ or site coordination works for building/civil projects
• Strong technical knowledge in M&E works, planning capability and authorities’ compliance; adopt lean mind set to cost and resource management
• Able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve good results in project delivery; strongly committed to accomplishing the established milestones and other deliverables
• Proactive when solving issues and focused on strategic goals of the project
