M & E Manager

:

• Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
• Liaise with M&E Consultants
• Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
• Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants or engineers, clients\xe2\x80\x99 project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants or engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
• Project Management and sites supervision works.
• Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum twelve (12) years of engineering experience
• At least 10 years of experience managing M&E works of similar scale and complexity
• Recognized E&M Engineering Degreee, accepted by the PE Board or BCA
• Experience in manging interfaces and coordination works, design and construction of transit projects and have full understanding of the design and approval process.
• Experience in high rise (more than 300m) building and mixed development project.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor\xc2\xb4s Degree
• 12 years of experience
• Language(s): Mandarin Chinese
