Position Title : Operations Manager (Central Kitchen)
Salary Range: $4000-5000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Industry : Caterer
Working Hour: 9am-7pm or 8am-6pm (Depend on arrangement of management)
Working Day: 6 days per week
Working Location : Kaki Bukit

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for overall performance of assigned kitchens
\xc2\xb7 Oversee preparation and production of food items
\xc2\xb7 Drive food quality assurance and process improvement
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure delivery-on-time fulfilment
\xc2\xb7 Manage and uphold serviceability and hygiene integrity of kitchen infrastructure & equipment
\xc2\xb7 Manage staff related matters; including staff integration, coaching, mentoring, teamwork, grievances and performance management
\xc2\xb7 Participate in cross functional initiatives, including automation projectsJobs Requirement:
\xc2\xb7 Diploma in F&B Management/Operations, Culinary Arts or equivalent
\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of relevant working experience in food production setting
\xc2\xb7 Possess basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office
\xc2\xb7 Resourceful and innovative
\xc2\xb7 Willing and able to work for 6 working days per week
\xc2\xb7 Willing and able to work on public holidays that include Lunar New Year
\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an eye for detail
