Job Summary:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Singapore and not require visa sponsorship. This is a full-time position that requires your on-site presence at least in the beginning.

Yoshimura Food Holdings Asia Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Yoshimura Food Holdings K.K (2884.T), which is listed on the Prime segment of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

We are building a brand-new Mergers and Acquisitions team that will manage the entire M&A process from end to end (Sourcing, valuation, negotiations, due diligence and post-merger integration. You will be heavily involved in all stages of the M&A process. Our geographic focus would be on the SEA region, so there are bonus points if you like Banthat Thong Road or Phan Xich Long Street.

Responsibilities:

Target screening.

Financial valuation using various financial modelling methods.

Deal structuring.

Transaction Documentation.

Operational and financial due diligence.

Liaising with legal counsels and advisors to mitigate legal risks.

Coordinate with internal and external advisors.

Regular travel within the SEA region is necessary.

Preparation of presentation documents and marketing collateral.

Presentation of deals for board approval

Most merger integration and synergistic implementation

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in business administration (with a specialization or major in finance) or Accountancy

Knowledge of various financial valuation methods (DCF, trading comps, multipliers etc.)

Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (I guess everyone has it)
