This person will be assigned to the Business Strategy Division and is responsible for accelerating its strategic acquisition and investment activities globally. What you will be doing - Developing strategies for global business and formulating approaches for acquisitions, investments, and other arrangements. - Identifying and originating external growth opportunities for acquisition, investment, and other strategic arrangements for the group. - Analyzing transactions and reporting developments on a regular basis to the head of the division, CFO, and other management members. - Managing transactions from the initial phase to the closing of the transaction. - Understanding the industry with in-depth analysis with regard to relevant markets. - Conducting, organizing, and coordinating the due diligence of the targets by managing processes and external professional firms. - Structuring the projects from a legal and tax point of view and preparing financial modeling and valuation and modeling of the transactions. - Participating in negotiations with the targets and partners. - Developing integration plans. - Developing the foundation of the division and handling internal procedures and processes for the matters mentioned above. - Ad-hoc works to be assigned from time to time. Requirement What they are looking for - Bachler's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, management, healthcare/medical. - Atleast 2 to 5 years of experience in M&A deals and/or other strategic projects at investment banks, consulting firms, investment funds, large corporations, and/or PE/VC-backed companies. Experience in equity research, business consulting, market research, and hospital/clinic management will be considered as an alternative to the said experiences. - Desire to contribute to better healthcare service and system. - Self-starter with an ability to manage multiple priorities - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Advantage - Experience in healthcare and knowledge of the health insurance system. - Overseas working experiences or multinational corporation working experiences.
