About Our Client
Our client is a fully licensed securities firm with services ranging from investment banking, wealth management, real estate with a subsidiary in fund management and global investment advisory.
- Cross-border M&A advisory with a focus on ASEAN transactions
- Debt & equity financing of companies, including identification of providers of capital
- Support ASEAN-based companies in business expansion, including identification of business partners
- Assist companies in financing using financial instruments such as securitization
- Assist companies to list on the stock exchange
- Assist investors to identify and purchase real estate
- Origination of business transactions
- Strong ability to originate business opportunities
- Basic knowledge of financial valuation including creating and analyzing financial valuation models
- Basic knowledge of financial accounting
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to face challenges in a developing business.
- Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience in banking, consulting, accounting, or other relevant fields.
Newly created lead role to run a team and grow the global advisory business for this international financial institution.
