They offer an extensive range of medical services and pharmaceutical products.About the jobAs the M&A Manager, you will oversee the business strategy development function under mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This role involves implementing the overall M&A strategy, supporting team members in sourcing new acquisition opportunities, evaluating targets, conducting due diligence, and executing transactions. Key responsibilities include aligning the M&A strategy with the broader operating plan, monitoring and updating the acquisition pipeline, coordinating project steps with development team members, and preparing presentations and deal terms.Additionally, you will develop business cases for potential acquisitions, perform financial and demographic analyses, and create financial models to assess acquisition viability. The role also involves supporting valuation determinations, negotiating letters of intent and definitive documents, coordinating, and summarizing due diligence efforts, preparing governance deliverables, assisting with transaction execution, and ensuring proper integration of target companies. Collaboration with internal and external counsel on agreement negotiations and conducting performance analysis of completed acquisitions in comparison to projected performance are also key aspects of the position.What we\'ll like to see in youYou should possess a degree in Finance, Accountancy, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification, with at least 5 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in a business development, mergers, or acquisitions role. Fluency in English is required, Proficiency in additional languages in Thai, Bahasa Melayu, or Tagalog will set you a league above the others due to the market this role covers, though not a mandate. You should have a solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards, hands-on experience in a finance operating environment, and a keen attention to detail and accuracy with a strong sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will be someone independent, self-motivated, capable of meeting tight deadlines, and demonstrates strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Additionally, they should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle pressure well, maintain professionalism, and work both independently and collaboratively.
