Key Responsibilities:

Performs all assigned production line operations in an efficient and timely manner.
Follows strictly all production standard operating procedures and work instructions during production runs.
Checks the mixer machine/equipment to ensure that it is free from any contaminants and in accordance with established equipment checklists.
Set the temperature profile of the extrusion machine/equipment in accordance with existing standards required for the product grade being produced.
Checks to ensure that the temperature of the zone heaters and die hard are set to required levels before the start of the extrusion process.
Conducts checking to ensure that the mixing and/or extruder machine/equipment is in good working condition, including accessories such as panel blowers, heaters and rotary coolers, etc., from time to time.
Ensures that the weighing scale and bag closer are in good working condition.
Performs the daily equipment checklist, both before and after production operations, under the guidance and monitoring of the Production Engineer.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school graduate
Preferably with previous direct work experience in production operations in an industrial manufacturing company
Physically fit and healthy; able to lift heavy items
