Responsibilities: Business Development and maintenance

• Support the development of the system development related task

• Provide production support for batch jobs recovery to meet SLA

• Answer user query related to the system
  

• Complete individual's assigned project deliverable within allocated budget and timeline

• Develop and thoroughly test and implement program

• Support user testing (UAT)

• Follow standards, templates

• Deliver high standard of work consistently

• Process compliance

• Comply to corporate governance

• Process Improvement

• Improve work process within own’ s area

• Improve methodology, templates, tools to ensure operation excellence (e.g. shorten delivery timeline, reduce effort)
  

• Collaborate with customers during business development and project delivery

• Ensure deliverable(s) completed meet customer's expectation

• Partner Management

• Collaborate with external and internal parties for business development and project delivery
  

• Coach more junior consultants
  

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in Mainframe, COBOL, CICS, Easytrieve and DB2
• Strong analytical skill and communication skill. Interview and report writing skills are essential
• Self-motivated, creative and a strong team player
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
• Demonstrates strong technical skills required for the role, pays attention to detail, takes initiative to broaden his/her knowledge and demonstrates appropriate analytical skills
