Assist with reception work such as answer and screen phone calls, attends to walk-in visitors and guests, sorting and distributing incoming mails, postage, coordinate of courier service
Administrative support in areas of proposals, correspondences, filing
Provide admin support in organizing company events
Coordinate with internal maintenace staff for schedule arrangement & planning
Ensure cleanliness of reception and office premises;
Perform any ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Elevator Industry will be an advantage
Computer literate with good proficiency in MS Office
