With at least 1 year experience in electro- mechanical and civil related works (Carpentry/ Painting/ Masonry/ Plumbing and Electrical).
Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; basic troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Proficient with manual and power tools.
Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule.
Amenable to work in Grace Park Caloocan.
