Job Description
An excellent maintenance team member must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc. Knowledgeable in different types of maintenance such as predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance.Building strong relationships of leadership internally and with suppliers by ensuring Mad Monkey core values; Curiosity, Positivity, Courage, Sincerity and family spirit have visibility within the business.
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Performing predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Ability to deal with and correctly respond to customer complaints
- 8 hour shift
