Responsible for the service management in the maintenance services
Prepare and maintain project execution plans, and track all activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to internal management and customer management
Deliver quality outputs based on defined processes, review project performance and take timely corrective actions where necessary to ensure that project performance targets are achieved; identify and mitigate risks before they seriously impact the project delivery
Monitor and control allocated manpower, associated revenue costs and all capital costs against the project budget
Provide effective leadership to the project teams and ensuring that the team members are motivated, and developing their technical competencies and knowledge base
Participate in client / partner contract negotiations and pre-sales solutioning support to sales team
Manage a team and ensure SLA are fulfill
Requirements
Degree in IT / Engineering, or diploma with years of experience equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale system and engineering integration projects and cross-functional delivery teams
Experience in turn-key development, implementation and maintenance of large-scale, multi-platform, multi-vendor systems in the IT and engineering domain
Large-scale program management of multi-service line teams, including strong project management and communications skills, service delivery, client relations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial management, resource management, quality assurance and situational negotiations
Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar projects in the government and/or commercial sectors
Proven record of successful staff management in the area of leadership, staff motivation, performance appraisal, professional development and recruitment
\xe2\x80\x9cHands-on\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
Good presentation skills, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
Knowledge of Voice switching system will be a plus
Professional project management certification (e.g.. PMP, ITIL, etc.) is preferred
