Job Description


Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise to perform equipment maintenance services (Mechanical and electrical) activities. To carry out calibration, repair, preventive and corrective maintenance activities for utilities and manufacturing equipment in support of site manufacturing activities.

  • To lead maintenance technician(s) to deliver day-to-day equipment maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and equipment breakdown investigation.
  • To establish equipment preventive/predictive maintenance program and SOP.
  • To perform predictive maintenance, written procedure in place, job plan to minimize production downtime.
  • To perform predictive maintenance on critical equipment and identify the opportunity to improve equipment reliability.
  • To lead equipment failure investigation, root cause analysis, and initiate necessary corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to avoid future failure.
  • Responsible for equipment spare parts and consumables inventory management and update spare part master data.
  • Responsible for the execution of Preventive Maintenance Routine and Corrective Maintenance and Instrument Calibration activities.
  • Performance work order administration including charging out of spare parts consumed, maintenance history, time spend, start and end time on the work order.
  • Troubleshoot abnormal maintenance or calibration activities.
  • Provide feedback Maintenance Engineer/ Planner on any improvement for maintenance task/ check list details that were picked up during execution of work order.
  • Other duties as assigned.
About You:
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience as Maintenance Engineer in Electronics, Cosmetic, Food, Medical, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical experience in mechanical and electrical piping valves, spare parts and maintenance scheduling planning
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of GMP in food/ pharmaceutical manufacturing, familiar with cGMP environment and relevant regulatory requirements and technologies
  • Understanding of cultural practices and cultural expectations within relevant markets in the region is necessary. To have worked in a multicultural environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, communication skills, problem solving competence & organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and able to openly communicate and handle escalation issues
  • Based in Senoko (Sembawang).
Permanent position, able to start on short notice.
