Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain Equipment Preventive Maintenance Program and Central Kitchen Infrastructure in accordance with ISO2200.
- Lead a team and perform installation, replacement, and maintenance works.
- Handle cost control and expenditure planning for Department and track usage of store inventories.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of leading a team doing preventive maintenance and repairs from a Food Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22000.
