\xe2\x98\x91 Equipment Servicing, Maintenance, Calibration, Setup, etc

\xe2\x98\x91 Possess working experience in Singapore

• Responsible for tools safety operation.

• Responsible for equipment improvement project by Safety Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC)

• Update Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), calibration documents

• Coordinate quality improvement and capacity, safety, 5-S with Production team

• Conduct On-Job Training to maintenance staffs.

• Ensure PM-TAG closure done in a timely manner

• Responsible for update daily pass down file and PM check sheet compliances

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance with priority and ensure timely completion according to schedules

• Key person to control equipment parameters, responsible for equipment uptime, downtime and cost

• Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts

• Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns

• Equipment Servicing, Maintenance, Calibration, Setup, etc

• Knowing equipment safety systems and processes
